Project Description<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\tThe project consists of 2 four-storey residential blocks, 1 single-storey service building and 1 single-storey elderly centre. By applying the Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) method, the residential blocks offer a total of 601 units with a maximum capacity for approx. 1,000 residents at any one time. The Project provides 519 units for 1-2 persons, 80 units for 3-4 persons, and 2 accessible units or for 5-6 persons.
